Lifetime warranty

Every VIAMOR piece is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. If yours ever tires, we repair it. If it can no longer be repaired, we replace it.

The warranty does not cover normal wear (patina on brass, softening of silk over years), accidental damage, or misuse.

To make a claim, write to support@viamor.it with your order number and a photo of the piece.
