Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any VIAMOR piece for a full refund.

Under EU consumer law, EU customers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for any reason.

How to return

1. Write to support@viamor.it with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label (EU only).
3. Package the item in its original ivory box.
4. Drop off at any post office.
5. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.
