Terms of Sale

1. Seller

2. Prices
All prices include Italian VAT unless otherwise noted. Non-EU customers may be charged local import duties on delivery.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. VIAMOR does not store card details.
4. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery under Articles 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
5. Legal warranty
Consumer goods carry the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years under Art. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, in addition to any commercial warranty we may offer.
6. Governing law & jurisdiction
Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's residence has jurisdiction.
7. Online dispute resolution
EU consumers can access the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
